Chelsea Loanee Abraham In Doubt For Aston Villa's Clash Vs Millwall On Easter Monday
Published: April 20, 2019Chelsea loanee Tammy Abraham could miss Aston Villa's next league game against Millwall on Easter Monday, according to manager Dean Smith.
The England U21 star had to come off injured on the hour mark against Bolton Wanderers on Friday, barely three minutes after he became the first Aston Villa player to score 25 goals in a single season since 1977.
Aston Villa are in the playoff positions after winning nine successive matches in the Championship, with their talisman Abraham directly involved in seven goals.
''Tammy got a whack on the shoulder. It’s too early to diagnose. I don’t expect him to be fit for Monday, if I’m honest. Then we’re hoping it’s not too bad,'' said Dean Smith to Aston Villa's official webpage.
''He was down for a while. The doctor said that he’d have to come off because he was in too much pain.''

Aston Vila, who occupy the fifth position on the table with 72 points from 43 games, face promotion candidates Leeds United and Norwich City in their last two games of the regular season.
