Aina, Anjorin Named In Chelsea's UYL Squad; Two Nigeria U17 Invitees Omitted
Ola Aina's sibling, Jordan is in contention to make his debut for Chelsea in the UEFA Youth League following his inclusion in the squad list.

The versatile fullback and midfielder Faustino Anjorin are part of a 40-player roster published by the official website of UEFA.

The format of the UEFA Youth League mirrors that of the Champions League, meaning The young Blues will do battle with Ajax Amsterdam, Lille and Valencia in the group stage.

Exciting midfielder Tariq Uwakwe is no longer age eligible to feature in the competition and has been excluded from the list.

Golden Eaglets invitee Andrian Akande has been left out of the roster amid speculation linking him with an exit from Stamford Bridge in the coming months.

Goalkeeper Prince Adegoke, who was called up to the Nigeria U17 squad last month, has been omitted, as has England U16 goalie Kelechi Chibueze.

Ola Aina is Nigeria's joint record appearance holder in the UEFA Youth League with 20 games played prior to his departure from Chelsea in the summer, a record he shares with Tottenham Hotspur's Timothy Eyoma.
