Former Tottenham Coach Gives One Reason Why Ighalo Should Start For Man Utd Vs Man City
Published: March 07, 2020Former Tottenham Hotspur coach Tim Sherwood believes Odion Ighalo has done enough to retain his place in the starting line-up in tomorrow's derby between Manchester United and Manchester City at Old Trafford.
Everyone is now singing a different tune about the former Nigeria international after he notched three poacher's goals within a week for the Red Devils, helping them record wins against Club Brugge and Derby County.
On the back of his recent goalscoring heroics, Sherwood reckons that Ighalo should be one of the first names on
Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's team sheet and has tipped Pep Guardiola's team to win the derby.

"Whenever you play Man City it's going to be a very tough game but Fernandes has made a huge difference to this Manchester United side," Sherwood said on Premier League Productions.
"Ighalo scored a couple of goals he might start, a couple of goals against Derby County in the FA Cup in mid-week.
"It's a difficult one to call, if I had to put my neck on the line I would say Man City will win this game, I fancy Raheem Sterling to score tomorrow".
