Published: April 04, 2020
Hamburg loanee Jonas David is now ranked the second most valuable player in the Wurzburger Kickers squad, allnigeriasoccer.com reports.
Transfermarkt updated the market value of the 3. Liga players on Friday, April 3, and the Nigeria-eligible center back has seen his value increase to 350,000 euros, an all-time high.
David's market value has been on the rise since he made his international debut for Germany's U19 team in November 2018.
Previously his highest market value was 300,000 euros which he reached in December 2019.
The Hamburg native is the 52nd most expensive player in the German third-tier, 2,869th among all players playing as center back and 429th for players born in 2000.
He has been outstanding since his loan move to Wurzburger Kickers in the January transfer window, helping the club keep two clean sheets and remain unbeaten in the five matches he was in action.
The 20-year-old David became provisionally cap-tied to Germany at U19 level in March 2019 and has caps for the U20 team.
