Premier League club Bournemouth have sent a message to Nigeria U20 international Nnamdi Ofoborh in the wake of Wycombe Wanderers' promotion to the second-tier of English football via the playoffs.
The Chairboys sealed promotion to the Championship after beating Oxford United 2-1 in the playoff final on Monday, with Ofoborh among the three players of Nigerian descent in action, the others being Fred Onyedinma and Adebayo Akinfenwa.

The central midfielder's initial deal would have kept him at Wycombe until June 30, 2020, but it was extended until the end of the playoffs due to the protracted campaign.

Ofoborh has been retained by by Bournemouth, to whom he is contracted until the end of the 2020-2021 season.
The 20-year-old appeared in 25 matches for Wycombe Wanderers, scoring two goals.
