Official : Latvian Top-Flight Club FK RFS Bag Themselves In-form Striker Offor

Latvian top-flight club FK RFS have officially confirmed the capture of promising Nigerian striker Chinonso Offor.

The 2000-born player has joined FK RFS on undisclosed terms from Virsliga rivals Daugavpils, where he spent the last one year of his career.

Offor has had a brilliant start to the 2020 season, with four goals in his first eight games and has three assists to his name.

Only three players, including compatriot Toluwalase Arokodare, have scored more goals than the 20-year-old Nigerian after eight rounds in the division.

Offor wore the colours of Cypriot clubs Binatli YSK and Cihangir GSK before moving to Latvia in the summer of 2019.

His new employers FK RFS currently occupy the second position in the table with 21 points after wining their first seven games of the new season and losing just once against Riga last Friday.

They face Tukums today, Tuesday, in their next league match.
