Chelsea loanee Victor Moses played a part in Inter's win, coming off the bench to replace D'Ambrosio with nine minutes left, his fourth appearance in the Europa League this season.
It was his third appearance in a Europa League semifinals, having gone the distance in the home and away fixtures as Chelsea beat Basel to reach the final in the 2012-2013 season.
