Tottenham legend singles out two Leicester City players for special praise after win vs Man Utd
Published: March 21, 2021Tottenham Hotspur legend Jermaine Jenas was particularly impressed with the performances of Wilfred Ndidi and Kelechi Iheanacho during Leicester City's 3-1 win against Manchester United this evening.
Iheanacho was involved in all the goals scored by the Foxes, helping himself to two goals either side of a Youri Tielemans effort and set up the goal scored by the Belgian.
The Nigeria international is in the best scoring streak of his career, netting in all the matches he has been involved in this month - seven goals in his last four matches in all competitions.
Ndidi was also impressive against United, winning the ball in midfield and kept Bruno Fernandes quiet when the Portuguese came on as the visitors searched for an equaliser.
"I think Leicester have been sensational today - especially Wilfred Ndidi - but I'm giving the man of the match to Kelechi Iheanacho,"Jenas said on BBC One.
"He got his goals and it's been a top performance from him. I think he thoroughly deserves it. "
