'We're going there to win' - Super Eagles captain Musa confident before trip to Republic of Benin
Ahmed Musa is confident that the Super Eagles can secure a win when they face the Republic of Benin on Saturday despite the opponents boasting an eight-year unbeaten streak at home.

The Super Eagles completed their second day of training on Thursday with all the twenty-four invited players in attendance following the arrival of red-hot Leicester City frontman Kelechi Iheanacho.

Musa risks missing out on the matchday squad against the Squirrels because he has been inactive at club level since October and he is counting on his teammates to get the job done.

"The training was good, thank God everyone is in the camp now, as you can see we have the 24 players and everyone participated in the training. The grass is good, I feel happy about it," said Musa.

"We are going there to win, we know that since 2013 they have not lost at home. With the hard work that we put in yesterday and today I know the boys can do it.

"The special thing is for we the players to win the game and I know by the grace of God we are going to do it."

Musa wants to continue playing international football for the Super Eagles as he is seven games away from becoming the most capped Nigerian player in history.
