Nigerian center-back features as Chelsea thrash Weymouth 13-0 in friendly

National League side Weymouth FC suffered a huge loss in their final pre-season friendly, losing 13-0 to a strong Chelsea side with several internationals at Cobham Training Center on Sunday afternoon.
The friendly took place behind closed doors at Chelsea's Cobham Training Center in Surrey, with manager Thomas Tuchel giving minutes to several players returning to fitness.
Ross Barkley, Kurt Zouma, Thiago Silva, Ben Chilwell, Reece James, Emerson, Callum Hudson-Odoi, Davide Zappacosta and Michy Batshuayi participated in the friendly.
London-born Nigerian central defender Taofiq Olomowewe was named in Weymouth's starting lineup and was in action until the closing minutes of the contest when he made way for Morgan.
Due to an agreement in place with Chelsea, Weymouth FC did not reveal the goalscorers from the Blues and their starting lineup.
The Champions League and UEFA Super Cup holders were comfortably leading 8-0 at the break and scored a further five goals in the second half.
Former Burnley youth teamer Olomowewe joined Weymouth five days ago following a successful trial.
The 24-year-old, who faced Chelsea in his first game since signing for The Terras, counts Wealdstone, Hungerford, Chelmsford, Hemel Hempstead and Braintree as his previous clubs.
