Napoli coach compares Osimhen to AC Milan greats Van Basten, George Weah

Napoli manager Luciano Spalletti has praised Victor Osimhen, comparing him to legendary AC Milan strikers Marco van Basten and George Weah.
The Nigeria international continues to make headlines thanks to his goals which have helped the Blues maintain their top position in the Italian Serie A standings, albeit level on 31 points with AC Milan.
And in the Europa League, defenders have not been able to cope with him, with the Napoli number 9 scoring four goals in the competition including a brace against Leicester City.
Despite a short career, Van Basten was the hero for the Netherlands when they won the 1988 European Championship, won three European Cups with Milan and three Ballon d'Or's.
A three-time African Footballer of the Year, Weah, now Liberia's President, won the Ballon d'Or in 1995.
"He reminds me of Marco van Basten , even if he is more technical. Victor is young and can improve, he will certainly reach those levels there '' Spalletti was quoted as saying by Milan Live.
He continued : "He also reminds me of Weah . He is probably less technical, but equally strong in terms of quality."
Osimhen could be involved in some capacity when Napoli take on Verona in the Serie A on Sunday, having resumed full training yesterday.
