Arsenal and Manchester United among clubs keen on coveted Super Eagles-eligible defender
Published: March 20, 2024According to HITC, Arsenal and Manchester United are keeping tabs on highly-sought Fulham defender of Nigeria descent, Tosin Adarabioyo.
The 26-year-old is into the final months of his contract at the Craven Cottage and is said to have rejected any proposal for a contract renewal.
Hoping to capitalize on his contractual situation, clubs within and outside England are interested in signing the Manchester City Academy product for free in the summer.
In the Premier League, Manchester United , Arsenal, Tottenham who were linked to him last summer alongside Liverpool, Everton, Newcastle and West Ham are all keeping a close eye on him.
Serie A outfits AC Milan and Juventus as well as Ligue 1 sides Marseille and Lyon are all said to be interested in the Super Eagles-eligible defender.
Adarabioyo has been able to recover from his fitness struggles earlier on in the season to become a mainstay in Fulham's defense, forming a solid partnership with Super Eagles center back Calvin Bassey.
He has made 20 appearances across all competitions for Marco Silva's side and has scored one goal which he bagged in their 5-0 thumping of West Ham in a Premier League game last December.
