Published: April 20, 20242024 Super Eagles invitee Gabriel Osho returned to action during Luton Town's 5-1 loss to Brentford in a Premier League fixture played at the Kenilworth Road on Saturday afternoon.
Yoane Wissa opened the scoring in the 24th minute, firing the ball ferociously past the goalkeeper after receiving a pass from Bryan Mbeumo.
Wissa doubled the lead in the stoppage time of the first half, slotting the ball into Thomas Kaminksi's goal after Reece Burke failed to clear his lines.
Ethan Pinnock compounded the woes of the home team in the 62nd minute, outjumping Osho before nodding the ball home from Sergio Reguilón's corner kick.
Two minutes later, Keane Lewis-Potter grabbed the fourth of the day for Brentford, slotting the ball into the back of the net from Mbeumo's brilliant pass.
German-Nigerian forward Kevin Schade completed the rout, finishing off a brilliant team work in the 86th minute to record his first goal since his return from injury and his second for the season.

Lagos-born winger Fred Onyedinma also featured for Rob Edwards' side, coming on for the injured Issa Kaboré, ten minutes before the end of the halftime.
Super Eagles midfielder Frank Onyeka who bagged his first Premier League goal last weekend was an unused substitute in the encounter.
