Published: September 04, 2012
With one game left in Nigeria's top division, Dolphins midfielder Emeka Atuloma Francis says he's had a good season for the Port - Harcourt based club. The teenager now dreams of playing professionally in Europe if he gets the opportunity.
''My performance this season has been very great and impressive because I gained lots of experience after I signed for Dolphin from Pro-1 Abia Warriors FC. I have enjoyed playing my game here with my team mates. Dolphins is one of the best run teams in the country and the players give their best due to the conducive atmosphere,'' Atuloma disclosed to allnigeriasoccer.com.
Atuloma, a fan of Molde in the Norwegian championship, added: '' My dream now is to play in Europe where players' welfare is not negotiable. I tested with Rosenborg BK in the winter of 2011. But I was offered a junior contract and did not sign. I decided to come back to Nigeria to get more experience. After playing in the CAF Champions League with Dolphins, I think I am ripe enough to move to Europe.''
19 - year - old Atuloma is a modern day midfielder, can equally attack and defend. He can also be deployed as a wing back.
