Africa's Best Referee, Djamel Haimoudi To Handle Nigeria - Ivory Coast

Algerian referee Djamel Haimoudi has been nominated by African football governing body CAF to officiate the African Nations Cup quarter-final clash between the Ivory Coast and Nigeria.
Without any doubt, Sunday's clash at Rustenburg will be the pick of the games so far in this tournament between two of the strongest sides on the continent.
CAF has chosen Djamel Haimoudi, who is officially the best referee in Africa, to handle the match. He will be assisted by
Redouane Achik of Morocco and Angolan Jerson Dos Santos Emiliano.
42 - year - old Haimoudi has officiated two games in this competition - South Africa - Cape Verde and DR Congo - Mali.
