Efe Ambrose: Wanyama Will Give Our Team Problems
Published: June 04, 2013
Nigeria and Celtic FC defender Efe Ambrose says that he will be sad playing against his team mate at Celtic Victor Mugubi Wanyama tomorrow as Kenya takes on Nigeria on a World Cup Qualifier. Ambrose missed the first leg in Calabar with injury but will be fit and ready for the second leg in Nairobi tomorrow.
“Wanyama is like my brother in Celtic because we do everything together. I would always like to play with him on the same team but I am sad that tomorrow I will be facing him on the opposition. He is a tough guy, very talented and I definitely know he will give our team problems,” Ambrose told Michezoafrika.com.
He says he expects a tough match against Stars tomorrow but hopes his side will come out tops.
“It will be tough, Kenya is a good team but my team mates and I have also prepared very well and we anticipate to win,” added the celtic midfielder.
