Celtic Make Move For Swiss - Nigerian Striker Innocent Emeghara

According to CNN journalist and Gazzetta dello Sport reporter Tancredi Palmer, Celtic are mulling over a bid for the Swiss - Nigerian striker Innocent Emeghara.

Not satisfied with their display in the Champions League qualifier against Shakhtar Karaganda on Tuesday night, manager Neil Lennon sees the 24 - year - old Siena ace as a solution to his problems in attack.

But the Parkhead side face competition from the likes of Livorno , Torino and Basel in the race for the signature of Innocent Emeghara.

Last season, Emeghara netted 7 goals in 17 matches for Siena in the Serie A.
