I Was A Good Footballer - Eniade, New Oyo State Head Of Service

The newly appointed State Head of Service in Oyo State Adesoji Eniade
has said the secret behind his youthful look is regular exercise which
he claimed has become part of his lifestyle since his days at the
University.
Eniade who graduated in 1981 from University of Ibadan won a football Gold medal with the University of Ibadan Soccer Team at the National University Games (NUGA), 1980 that was hosted by University of Benin.
“I was a very good defender when I was in School and since then I had imbibe habit of engaging in regular body exercise which I always enjoy doing. People always doubt if he’s actually 55 years of age and I always recommend to them what keep him fit and healthy which are nutritional discipline and regular body workout.
“Once you begin to exercise regularly, you will discover many more reasons why exercise is so important to improving the quality of your life. Exercise reduces stress, lifts moods, and helps you sleep better. It can keep you looking and feeling younger throughout your entire life”, Eniade opined.
While reacting to the elevation, Eniade who had greatly imparted positively Oyo State Sport within his very short stint thanked the executive governor of the state, Senator Abiola Ajimobi for founding him worthy among the best for the plum job.
He however pledged to uphold the spirit of professionalism in delivering sound and effective workforce, calling for cooperation of all and sundry in other to move the state forward, describing loyal, dedicated and obedient public servants as the bedrock of any developed society.
He however, charged all sports ministry across the nation to strive to be independent saying “Sport is a private sector driven, hence all ministries of sport should cultivate how to survive outside the government’s fund because sports is lucrative enough to fund itself if appropriate approach is applied”.
