Tottenham Hotspur To Loan Moses Simon To ADO Den Haag IF Work Permit Application Is Unsuccessful
Published: October 30, 2014
Tottenham Hotspur hope to revive their interest in AS Trencin striker Moses Simon in the next few months after missing out on his services in the hours leading up to the close of the summer transfer window, according to SL10.ng.
But the English Premier League club face competition from an unnamed Dutch club, whose identity is confidential information at the moment.
That said, investigations by allnigeriasoccer.com revealed that there is a Nigerian player currently on the payroll of the Eredivisie side interested in the acquisition of Moses Simon.
Despite rumours circulating that he is wanted by at least three English Premier League clubs, Tottenham Hotspur are nailed on favourites for the 19 - year - old’s signature because his well connected manager Tony Harris has the ears of the powers that be at the London club.
And to buttress this point, it would be recalled that Nigeria international Reuben Gabriel practiced with the White Hart Lane outfit before his shift to Waasland-Beveren earlier this year.
Tottenham Hotspur have done their homework, and their Plan B is to transfer Moses Simon’s sporting rights to ADO Den Haag in Holland if they receive negative feedback from the Home Office regarding his application for a work permit.
