Published: November 01, 2014
Free agent Obinna Ajoku hopes to complete his switch to Kelantan FA next week, and he reckons that he will be a big hit at the Malaysian club if he signs on the dotted line.
The experienced striker has played for predominantly Asian teams since he departed the shores of the country nine years ago.
“I will be traveling next week to sign for Kelantan, and I chose to join them because they are a good club. They usually play in Asian club competitions though I’m not sure they would be playing next year.
“I’m a quality player and I think I will be successful at Kelantan.I played for five big clubs in Nigeria before I moved to Vietnam, it’s not easy,” Obinna Ajoku told allnigeriasoccer.com.
The former Kano Pillars and Gabros man is also attracting huge interest from an unnamed club in Australia.
