Published: June 25, 2015
Allnigeriasoccer.com understands that striker Odion Ighalo might call time on his career with Watford this summer.
The 26 - year - old’s intermediary, Atta Aneke, is holding high - level talks with a few unnamed English Premiership teams over a move in this transfer window.
Negotiations are at an advanced stage and it is believed that an announcement on the imminent departure of Ighalo from Vicarage Road could be made on or before 10 days time.
The former Lyn Oslo, Granada and Udinese man is tied to Watford until June 30, 2017 but his 20 goals in the Championship last term put him in the shop window.
Odion Ighalo has three caps for the Super Eagles since he debuted against Uganda in March.
