Agent Of Man City Star Yaya Toure Suggests Musa Should Reject Move To Leicester City, Tottenham
Published: April 22, 2016
Dmitry Selyuk, who represents Manchester City star Yaya Toure, and is an expert on the African transfer market has advised Ahmed Musa to turn down a move to the English Premier League this summer.
The Russian intermediary has argued that the likes of Vagner Love and Seydou Doumbia were not as successful with the teams they signed for after their departure from the Army Men.
“If I represented Ahmed, I would say to him: “Sit at CSKA to the last.” Practice shows that CSKA Moscow players do not develop a career in the strong European teams,” Dmitry Selyuk told Izvestia.
“No Vagner Love did not play, nor Seydou Doumbia and Musa is also highly questionable. No good deed goes unpunished.”
He added : “CSKA is a top club, very well there is Ahmed. It is not necessary illusions and dream of the English Premier League.
“Musa will perform better in Russia, where he and his speed has a great advantage. In England, this will not happen. ”
Leicester City are ready to pay 30 million euros to sign Musa from the Muscovites and that amount will surpass the transfer fee of € 24 million received from the sale of Brazilian forward Jo to Manchester City in 2008.
