Three Players Eligible To Represent Nigeria In Action As City U21s Earn 2-0 Win Vs Liverpool

Liverpool U21s suffered defeat in their final U21 Premier League game of the season, losing to Manchester City EDS 2-0 at the Academy Stadium on Friday night, with three players eligible to represent Nigeria getting game time.
City coach handed a start to England youth international Adarabioyo, Tiago Ilori was named in defense for Liverpool while Ovie Ejaria started on the bench but played the last 45 minutes.
The home team took the lead in the 30th minute through Buckley before Celina tapped home from close range fifteen minutes from time to consign Liverpool to defeat.
Tiago Ilori came close to grabbing a goal for the Reds but saw his effort cleared off the line.
In the U21 Premier League Division standings, Manchester City are fourth while Liverpool finished in seventh place.
