Arsenal rising star Alex Iwobi has hailed his good pal, Manchester City’s Kelechi Iheanacho following his maiden goal in a Super Eagles jersey.

Reacting to his change in jersey number ahead of the upcoming season, Iwobi said he was honoured to be handed the shirt number previously worn with pride by Chile star Alexis Sanchez.
“Also Very Gutted To Let Go Of “Big45” ... However It Is An Honour To Be Given The Number 17 , New Chapter In My Football Career #COYG,” he added.
Iwobi started the game against Mali before he was replaced by Iheanacho 16 minutes before the final whistle.
