Chelsea star Victor Moses has more or less ruled himself out of Nigeria’s
upcoming World Cup qualifier against Zambia in Ndola, with the winger
cum makeshift wing-back proclaiming that he has suffered a hamstring
injury.
The former England youth international sustained the injury during the Blues 2-0 win at Hull City on Saturday, and will undergo further checks in the coming days.
“Buzzing with the win today brilliant team performance and great 3 points. Our fans were amazing!” Moses said on Twitter.
“Unfortunately I’m feeling my hamstring and so the club medical team will be reviewing me. Will be working hard to get fit asap #CFC.”
Moses, 25, made his sixth Premier League of this season against the Tigers and subbed out with five minutes remaining.
