Iwobi Makes Cameo As Five Star Arsenal Thrash Southampton

It was plain sailing for Arsenal as they booked their place in the last sixteen of the Emirates FA Cup after hammering Southampton 5-0 at St Mary’s Stadium on Saturday evening.
In a perfect evening for the Gunners, two players who have recovered from injuries, England internationals Danny Welbeck and Theo Walcott, registered their names on the scorecard.
Welbeck put Arsenal 2-0 up within the opening 22 minutes, before Walcott increased the lead in the 35th minute.
It became 4-0 when the Arsenal number 14 swept home in the 69th minute before he added more gloss to the scoreline with the final goal of the game with six minutes left on the clock.
Nigeria national-teamer Alex Iwobi was introduced in the 72nd minute when Arsenal were four goals up and cruising.
