Super Eagles Initiation: Wolfsburg's Osimhen Kills It With Performance Of Tekno's Rara
Published: June 06, 2017
As part of their long awaited initiation into the Super Eagles, Mikel Agu (Porto), Alhassan Ibrahim (Akwa United), Henry Onyekuru (Eupen) and Victor Osimhen (Wolfsburg) were asked to entertain their teammates during dinner at Le Meridien Ibom Hotel and Golf Resort on Monday.
The Nigerian Federation dropped a big hint that Trabzonspor's Eddy Onazi will captain the team on Saturday, with the midfielder coordinating the initiation ceremony.
Former Golden Eaglets sensation Osimhen was the standout performer, with his performance of Tekno Mile's hit song Rara.
The young striker was forced to stand on a chair, introduce himself and the club he represents, and was made to sing a song for his initiation.
The 18-year-old Osimhen will make his competitive debut for the Super Eagles if he, presumably, comes off the bench against South Africa on Saturday.
