Super Eagles Public Enemy Number One To Be Patched Up Ahead Of Battle Of Uyo

South Africa manager Stuart Baxter is sweating on the fitness of his danger man Tokelo Rantie ahead of the visit to Lagos on Wednesday, June 10 for an African Cup of Nations qualifier against Nigeria.
By all indications, Rantie will be patched up before the squad hops on a plane bound for Lagos, with the former Bournemouth striker participating in Tuesday afternoon's training session after skipping the morning workout.
The Gençlerbirliği frontman is struggling to overcome a right toe bone contusion and right knee injury, an ailment he might have sustained at his Turkish club.
For the most part of April, Rantie was in the treatment room, but managed to start his team's last four games of the season (May 13-June 2).
The 26-year-old is well known in these parts or feared for scoring a brace in the last competitive fixture between the Super Eagles and Bafana Bafana.
