PSG Want To Get Rid Of Germany World Cup Winning Winger Linked With Arsenal, Liverpool, Barca
Published: August 17, 2017
Paris Saint-Germain are planning to offload Germany World Cup winning winger Julian Draxler before the end of the transfer window.
The reputable French sports daily L'Equipe says Draxler is not guaranteed playing opportunities in the new season following the arrival of Neymar from Barcelona and the imminent capture of Monaco teen sensation Kylian Mbappé.
Arsenal and Liverpool have maintained an interest in the winger since he joined PSG from Wolfsburg for 40 million euros in the January transfer window.
According to Mundo Deportivo, Draxler has asked his agent Roger Wittmann to get him a new club, and it is believed that the player has been offered to Barcelona.
He has missed the first three competitive games played by PSG in the new season, against Monaco, Amiens SC and Guingamp.
