Manchester City Prepared To Throw N33Billion At Arsenal For Super Star Linked With Chelsea
Published: August 20, 2017
Manchester City are preparing a mega bid for Arsenal's Chile international Alexis Sanchez, 28.
According to the Mirror, the Citizens are ready to offer a staggering £70 million (approximately N33 billion in Nigerian currency) to snatch Alexis Sanchez before the transfer window slams shut.
If Sanchez's move to the Etihad Stadium outfit materializes, the winger and striker will pocket £400,00 a week, which will make him the best paid player in the Premier League.
The Chilean and City manager Pep Guardiola know each other from way back, with the Spaniard approving his signing when he was coaching Barcelona in 2011.
Alexis Sanchez, who has yet to agree fresh terms with Arsenal, has also been linked with Real Madrid, Chelsea and PSG this summer.
