Roma frontman Edin Dzeko has agreed personal terms with Chelsea, according to reports in Italy.
Football Italia making reference to Tuttomercatoweb.com says the Bosnia international will take home seven million pounds every year at the Premier League champions if the transfer is completed.
It has been reported Chelsea have agreed to pay Roma €50 million for the services of Edin Dzeko and Emerson Palmieri, plus bonuses totaling €10 million.
Apparently, Chelsea manager Antonio Conte's call was crucial in Dzeko's decision to return to the Premier League.
The Bosnia captain played for Manchester City from 2011-2016 and in 189 appearances he scored 72 goals.
Sunday's game against Inter Milan could be his last appearance for Roma.
