Ebuehi Backing ADO Den Haag To Qualify For The Playoffs
Published: February 18, 2018
Tyronne Ebuehi has said that he expects ADO Den Haag to qualify for the Eredivisie playoffs following their 2-1 win over Bartholomew Ogbeche's Willem II on Saturday night.
For the second game in a row, the Nigeria international was named in ADO's starting line-up and played the entirety of the game even though he was not in tip-top condition.
''I think the playoffs are feasible,'' Ebuehi was quoted as saying by FCUpdate.nl.
''Of course we hope that we will get the playoffs, and that belief is also there. We are doing well this season, the upcoming matches are going to be important, I also think we have something to look for in the playoffs.
'' We have a strong team, everyone is motivated and in a few weeks we have to look where we stand, personally I think it's possible.
After 24 rounds in the Dutch top-flight, ADO Den Haag have two points less than seventh placed Vitesse.
Up next, Ebuehi and his teammates travel to the Johan Cruijff ArenA (Amsterdam), where they will face Ajax on Sunday, February 25.
