Super Eagles Improved Defender Ebuehi Makes Man Utd Target Kluivert Look Ordinary

Super Eagles defender Tyronne Ebuehi was impressive for ADO Den Haag in their goalless draw against Ajax Amsterdam in an Eredivisie clash on Sunday afternoon.
The pre-match talk centered around Ebuehi's individual duel with the highly-coveted 18-year-old Ajax left winger Justin Kluivert, who is on the wishlist of Manchester United ahead of the summer transfer window, but the Nigerian right-back passed the test with flying colours.
Kluivert was rated 6.90 by Who Scored, the worst mark awarded to the ten outfield players that started the game for Ajax Amsterdam.
Ebuehi won three aerial battles, made one tackle and clearance with three interceptions over the course of ninety minutes.
Though the Super Eagle had a passing accuracy of only 72.7 percent, he was the fourth best ADO Den Haag player in that category.
Against Ajax Amsterdam, Tyronne Ebuehi started for the 24th time in the Dutch-top flight this season.
The 22-year-old is set to add to his international caps when Nigeria face Poland and Serbia next month in international friendlies.
