Hull City, ADO Den Haag Celebrate Call-Ups Of Nigerian Right-Backs
Published: March 07, 2018
Two European clubs ADO Den Haag and Hull City have celebrated the call-ups of their right-backs to the Nigerian national team for the upcoming friendlies against Poland and Serbia.
Foreign-born pair Tyronne Ebuehi and Ola Aina are set to add to their international caps after they were named to the Super Eagles 28-man travel roster for the two friendlies.
ADO Den Haag informed their 63,000 + followers on Twitter : '' Ebuehi has been named to the pre-selection of the national team of Nigeria, which plays against Poland and Serbia at the end of this month.''
Hull City stated : ''@Aina2Ola has been named in the @NGSuperEagles squad for their pre-World Cup international friendlies against Poland and Serbia later this month.''
Chelsea loanee Aina, who turned out for England's youth teams before committing his international future to Nigeria, made his debut for the Super Eagles against Zambia, before earning his second cap against Argentina last November.
In-form defender Ebuehi will become cap-tied to Nigeria if he's selected for and plays at the World Cup, his two caps were earned in non-competitive matches with Togo and Argentina.
