Chelsea Spark Transfer War With Man Utd, Arsenal Over N20B-Rated Watford Star
Published: April 11, 2018
English Premier League giants, Chelsea, Manchester United and Arsenal are set to slug it out amongst themselves for the signature of highly rated Watford striker, Richarlison, after all indicating their interest in the Brazilian, according to reports on Sky Sports.
Richarlison, 20, who only joined the Hornets last summer from Fluminese has become a hot transfer prospect in England following an impressive start to his English career.
Chelsea's struggles in front of goal this season are well documented and the Stamford Bridge hierarchy has touted the striker as a viable transfer target.
Arsenal and Man United have equally thrown in their hats and have all braced themselves to test Watford's resolve during the summer transfer window.
The form of the striker who scored five goals in his first 12 games has tailed off but that has done little to put off suitors who have seen enough to be convinced of his quality.
Tottenham and French Ligue 1 club, Paris Saint Germain have also been credited with interest for the player.
Richarlison is valued in the region of 40 million pounds (around N20 billion) by The Hornets.
