Official: Liverpool Announce Incoming And Outgoing Transfers Made On Deadline Day

Through a statement on their official website, Liverpool Women have confirmed that Ellie Fletcher will be spending this season on loan at Sheffield United Women.

She departs Liverpool on a temporary basis after making five appearances for the first team of The Reds.

An England U20 international, Fletcher will begin training with Sheffield United Women this weekend when she links up with her new teammates.

Meanwhile, goalkeeper Fran Kitching is joining Liverpool Women on a permanent basis from Sheffield United Women.

The Maltby-born netminder played for Chelsea before she was signed by The Blades in the summer and also counts Watford amongst her former clubs.

Sheffield United have also confirmed the signing of former Liverpool and Chelsea goalkeeper Nicky Davies, the deal was completed before the 1700 hours transfer deadline on Thursday.
