Huddersfield Town's Billing 17-Word Reaction After Netting First Premier League Goal
Published: September 02, 2018Huddersfield Town midfielder Philip Billing was delighted to score his first Premier League goal in his side's 1-1 draw at Everton on match day four in the Premier League on Saturday afternoon.
The Terriers took the lead at Goodison Park in the 34th minute through a header from the former Denmark U21 international, only for the goal to be cancelled out by Dominic Calvert-Lewin less than two minutes later.
Billing made his Premier league debut on the opening day of last season against Crystal Palace and had to wait until his 20th game in total before opening his account in the topflight.
Reacting to his maiden goal in the Premier League, Billing posted on Instagram: ''Good point away at Everton 😁also good to get my first Premier League goal, dream came true 🙏🏽🔵⚪️''.
The 22-year-old Billing has started 12 games in the Premier League and was introduced off the bench in eight games.
He has played competitively for Denmark's U21 national team and has to apply for a one-time change of association if he commits his international future to the Super Eagles.
