Chelsea Loanee Abraham Scores Debut Goal For Aston Villa With England Coach Watching
Chelsea loanee Tammy Abraham scored his maiden goal for Aston Villa on his home debut as The Claret & Blue Army beat Rotherham United 2-0 in an EFL Championship clash at Villa Park on Tuesday evening.

The England U21 star curled in the opener in the 27th minute after he was neatly put through by Jonathan Kodjia before another loanee in Yannick Bolasie scored to seal the three points for Steve Bruce's side.

Newly capped Nigeria international Semi Ajayi played at the heart of defense for the Millers against Aston Villa and received his first caution of the season after his tenth game in a row for taking down Jack Grealish.

As first reported by the Times UK, England assistant coach Steve Holland was at Villa Park and it is claimed that Grealish was the player he came to monitor ahead of next month's Uefa Nations League double-header against Croatia and Spain.

Three Lions boss Gareth Southgate has refused to rule out inviting Championship stars for the two matches and this is certainly good news for the likes of Tammy Abraham.

The 20-year-old's two England caps for the senior team were in non-competitive games against Germany and Brazil, and he remains eligible to feature for the Super Eagles.
