It will be recalled that the two teams have already qualified for the 2019 African Cup of Nations in Cameroon.

The warm up was keenly contested by the Super Eagles and the Cranes at the Stephen Keshi Stadium.

Daniel Akpeyi : He kept his composure and did not show signs of nervousness. Akpeyi has proved he can be reliable upon in future. 6/10

Brian Idowu : The Lokomotiv Moscow man showed his leadership qualities and excelled in a right back role. 6/10

Jamilu Collins : Solid as usual at the left back position and proved strong when defending. 6/10

Semi Ajayi : Our man of the match. The centre back proved rock-solid at the back. He made some timely interceptions inside the box. The former Arsenal man was decisive. 7.5/10

John Ogu : Another confident display from the Hapoel Beer Sheva man. He put up a good shift. 6/10

Oghenekaro Etebo : The Stoke City man was quiet but got the job done. He made good use of his body. 5/10

Mikel Agu : He played in a familiar central midfield role and he was outstanding. His distributions were perfect and accurate. 7/10

Alex Iwobi : The Arsenal man continued his runs in channels. But his delivery at times wasn't decisive. 5/10

Samuel Chukwueze : It was a brilliant debut from the Villarreal youngster who was menacing. He bossed the right flank with his mobility and skills. 7/10

Ahmed Musa : Musa did really exert himself at the left hand side. He worked hard for the team. 6/10

Victor Osimhen : Osimhen did make a lot of impact in the first 45 minutes he spent on the pitch. He came close to scoring but was hesitant. 5/10

The Substitutes

William Troost-Ekong : The Udinese defender came on in the second and did well to stay afloat by getting into the mix. 6/10

Isaac Success : Isaac Success was assertive and used his strength and ball control to good use. 5/10

Samuel Kalu : He came on to replace Samuel Chukwueze as a right winger and did well to push the Cranes back. His crosses were well delivered. 6.5/10

Moses Simon : Showed flashes of brilliance when he came on but faded as the minutes ticked by. 5/10

Henry Onyekuru Very little to say about him after coming on. He didn't see much of play. 4.5/10

Kelechi Iheanacho : The Leicester City man barely had a touch of the ball before the referee ended the match. N/A
