QPR's Nigerian Playmaker Drawing Interest From Crystal Palace And At Least Eight Premier League Teams
Published: January 11, 2019
Queens Park Rangers standout player Eberechi Eze is being linked with a departure from Loftus Road in the winter transfer market despite penning a new three-year contract five months ago.
Clubcall.com claims Crystal Palace are in pole position to sign the attacking midfielder but face competition after he was recently scouted by nine unnamed Premier League clubs.
The scouts in attendance would have been impressed with what they saw as he scored in the 2-2 draw with Aston Villa on New Year's Day.
After a shining performance for Queens Park Rangers at the start of the season, the former Super Eagles invitee earned his first England U20 call-up and made his maiden appearance for the Young Lions against Italy in October 2018.
The 20-year-old had stops at London clubs Arsenal, Fulham and Millwall before joining Queens Park Rangers in August 2016.
The playmaker trained with the Super Eagles during their get-together in London in March 2017.
