Tottenham Hotspur, Wolves, Everton Join Scramble For 15-Goal Nigerian Striker
Published: January 13, 2019Sunderland are battling to keep their top scorer Josh Maja with less than three weeks left before the close of the winter transfer market.
According to Express UK, Tottenham Hotspur have joined a host of Premier League clubs in the running for Sunderland star Josh Maja.
Everton, Wolverhampton Wanderers, Crystal Palace, Huddersfield Town and Cardiff City have all been credited with an interest in the 20-year-old, who is valued in the region of five million pounds.
Maja comes off contract with the Black Cats at the end of the season and it is all but confirmed that he will leave the Stadium of Light this month.
The striker was missing from the Sunderland team against Luton Town on Saturday due to illness.
He has been in blistering form since the start of the season, scoring 15 goals across all competitions,
