Rangers Reject Sadiq In Line To Make Perugia Debut Vs Brescia
Former Nigeria U23 international Umar Sadiq is in line to make his competitive debut for Perugia when they tackle Brescia in an Italian Serie B clash that will take place at the Stadio Renato Curi  on Saturday evening.

The striker had to cut short his loan spell at Rangers which was earlier due to run out at the end of the 2018-19 season due to his lack of first-team opportunities and returned to Italy before he was loaned out to Perugia for the rest of the campaign.

Manager of the Grifoni, Alessandro Nesta has included Sadiq in his 23-man match day squad for the visit of Brescia.

He is one of four players classed as strikers in the squad, the others being Han, Mustacchio and Vido.

The Roma loanee played his first game for Perugia in their 1-0 loss to Empoli in a friendly last Saturday.

Ex-Golden Eaglets and Flying Eagles midfielder Kingsley Michael is in contention to make his 16th appearance in the Italian second-tier as he has been named in Perugia's match day squad.
