Nigeria U20 Camp News : Captain Udo Departs; Another Friendly In The Works; Two Training Sessions Today
Published: May 02, 2019Allnigeriasoccer.com understands that Flying Eagles skipper Ikouwem Udo Utin hopes to seal a deal with an unnamed club in Israel before the start of the 2019 FIFA U20 World Cup.
The Enyimba fullback was not in the Flying Eagles squad that played out a 3-3 draw with SC Freiburg U23s in their first friendly and it has come to light that he traveled to undergo a medical with the mysterious Israeli club on Tuesday, and has not yet returned to the team's camp.
Meanwhile, Flying Eagles officials have claimed that the Nigeria U20s will take on Saudi Arabia in a friendly in Austria on Sunday, May 5.
The Saudis are holding a training camp in the Austrian city of Bad Waltersdorf until May 15 before traveling to Poland.
