2019 U20 World Cup : Flying Eagles Fly Out To Katowice 1135 Hours; 22 Players On The Plane

Allnigeriasoccer.com understands that the Flying Eagles are about concluding their three-week training camp in Bad Goegging, Germany ahead of their trip to Poland for the 2019 FIFA U20 World Cup.
This website can specially reveal that the Nigeria U20s players and officials will fly from Munich to Katowice, Poland on Sunday, 19th May at 1135 hours.
Twenty-two players consisting of 21 players named in the final squad and Edwin Igbo Okpave will be on the plane to Katowice.
Okpave is one of the four players included on Paul Aigbogun's standby list in case of injuries, but that list has not been announced to the public by the Nigeria Football Federation.
He impressed at the training camp but found himself down the pecking order of midfielders after Bournemouth starlet Nnamdi Ofoborh stole the show in the friendly clash against VfR Aalen U19s.
The Flying Eagles trained on Friday after a proposed friendly with Red Bull Leipzig was cancelled.
President of the Nigeria Football Federation, Mr. Amaju Melvin Pinnick, NFF General Secretary, Dr. Mohammed Sanusi and Super Eagles coach Gernot Rohr visited the team on Friday morning.
