Moses Responds To Question About His Fenerbahce Future Amid Chelsea Transfer Ban
Published: May 22, 2019
Former Nigeria international Victor Moses responded to a question about his future at Fenerbahce shortly after netting the game-winner against BB Erzurumspor in a Turkish Super Lig clash on Monday.
The winger's parent club, Chelsea have been slapped with a two-window transfer ban for breaching regulations on the transfer of minors, which they have appealed against.
If the Blues are restricted from signing new players, the manager may have to recall some of the players loaned out, though Moses has stressed that he has a contract with the Yellow Canaries until the end of next season.
Asked if he will remain at Fenerbahce next season, Moses told FAUL: '' You will never know what will happen in the future. But to say it clear, I signed a contract here for 18 months.
''I came here to play regularly, enjoy my time. I am enjoying it now and our coach has trust in me.''
Moses predominantly played as a right wing-back under Antonio Conte but found himself surplus to requirements after the arrival of Maurizio Sarri, who favours using a 4-3-3 formation.
