Unpaid Three Months Salary : Rohr Could Quit Super Eagles Job After Brazil Friendly
Coach Gernot Rohr has threatened to quit the Super Eagles after the friendly against Brazil if he is not paid an outstanding three months' salary by the Nigeria Football Federation.

The NFF earlier denied reports that they are owning the German three months' salary and claimed that he is only being owed salary for the month of September 2019, which is being processed.

Rohr reportedly earns approximately 50,000 dollars every month (equivalent of N17.85 million in Nigerian currency).

Providing an update, BBC journalist Osasu Obayiuwana tweeted :''Reliable information from Singapore indicates that Gernot Rohr COULD quit the Super Eaglesjob, after the game against Brazil.

''Rohr is infuriated that the Nigeria Football Federation publicly denied the fact that he is being owed three months wages''.

The Nigerian Federation recently confirmed the departure of Super Falcons coach Thomas Dennerby, claiming that the Swede resigned because they did not accede to his request to bring in more expatriate coaches and an indigenous coach who do not have the required license.

Rohr's lawyer, Jean-Jacques Bertrand, who also represents Manchester United legend Eric Cantona, is in discussions with the leadership of the NFF over his client's unpaid entitlements.
