Saka Misses Out On Arsenal Goal Of The Month For December 2019
Bukayo Saka has missed out on Arsenal's Goal of the Month for December 2019, allnigeriasoccer.com reports.

The Hale End Academy product was nominated for the prize along with Gabriel Martinelli, Nicolas Pepe, Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang, Lisa Evans, Kim Little, Vivianne Miedema, Trae Coyle and Tyreece John-Jules, who had two goals on the shortlist.

The Gunners official website, arsenal.com, revealed Wednesday that Ivory Coast international, Pepe has won the prize, for his brilliant strike against West Ham, finishing with with 29 percent of the vote.

In second place with 25 percent was Kim Little's goal against Reading, while Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang was third with eight percent.

Saka's right-footed finish in the 2-2 draw with Standard Liege on December 12 was nominated for the Goal of the Month.

The 18-year-old's other goal in Arsenal colours also came in the Europa League - against Eintracht Frankfurt on match day one back in September.
