Published: February 18, 2020Chelsea loanee, Víctor Moses could be in line to receive a Premier League medal if the series of ongoing investigations and sanctions against Manchester City are anything to go by.
Manchester City, league champions in the 2013/2014 season are in hot water after being found guilty of breaching UEFA's Financial Fair Play rules, and are already facing a two-year ban from the Champions League and a £25 million fine which has been imposed on them by the body's Financial Control.
