'He's Got Himself Four Good Center Forward Goals' - Man Utd Hero Cole Hails Ighalo For Blistering Start
Published: April 18, 2020
Odion Ighalo has had a fantastic return in terms of goalscoring since his shock loan move to Manchester United in the January transfer window, netting four goals already from his first three starts.
Manchester United legend Andy Cole is pleased with the way the former Nigeria international has quickly settled into life at the Old Trafford outfit, adding that the striker was short of fitness when he signed for the club.
"I am very pleased for him, when you come to a club like Manchester United as a center forward, everyone is expecting you to score straightaway, it takes a little bit of time," Cole said to Manchester United's official YouTube account.
"Odion said it himself he mostly wasn't fit, he was just coming into the pre-season in China.

"I think he's done really well, when he's given opportunities he's applied himself really well and he's got himself four good center forward goals, you can't ask for much more."
Ighalo's loan deal with Manchester United expires at the end of next month and he could earn a permanent deal on the back of his brilliant displays.
