Euro Clubs On Alert As Birmingham City Product Solomon-Otabor Cancels CSKA Sofia Deal
Allnigeriasoccer.com understands that several European clubs have been put on alert after Viv Solomon-Otabor mutually terminated his contract at Bulgarian top-flight club CSKA Sofia.

Assuming the two parties had honoured the agreement, the London-born Nigeria Football Federation target would have been a player of CSKA Sofia until at least the end of the 2021-2022 season.

Solomon-Otabor terminated his deal last month due to the racism he suffered from Bulgarian fans and the coronavirus outbreak.

The 24-year-old, Birmingham City's Young Player of the Year for the 2015-2016 season, would not turn down an opportunity to return to the English Football League if an interested club makes a good offer.

German, Dutch, French, Belgian and Swiss clubs are believed to be mulling over the possibility of making a move for Solomon-Otabor this summer.

Nigeria manager Gernot Rohr sees Solomon-Otabor as a player who can play at the highest level and handed the winger a maiden call-up for October's international friendly against Brazil in Singapore.

The former Crystal Palace youth-teamer, who is back in England, is maintaining his fitness by training on his own.
